I absolutely loved my session with Michelle and Max today. 

We met at Baker Park, in Frederick, Maryland. I learned of Max's love of dinosaurs and playgrounds, and Michelle was a wonderful mom that loved spending every moment with her son. 

I wanted to capture the playfulness of Max... he wasn't one to like to pose! But when we asked him to just be himself and go off and play, I saw another side to this shy but sweet boy... and soon that silliness came to surface and we had a blast! 

I've done photos for Ally before, and she's always been a ton of fun to photograph.

Ally loves to dance. Her teacher is the same teacher that taught her mother as a child, and you can plainly see that Ally radiates talent.

Our session began with Ally posing in an adorable number of costumes, all of which she wears for her recitals. It wasn't long until her sweet puppy, Cupcake, wanted to join in on the fun! 
In the end, her photos turned out beautiful, and we all had a wonderful time.

I wanted to start sharing my experiences and newer work with everyone, so I decided to start a blog. I will keep my entries brief, as I'm sure the majority of people just want to see samples of my work instead of reading my babble.  :)


Anyway, I'll be sure to update every time I have a new job.
